I hereby grant permission to the York Simcoe Baseball Association to use my photograph or a photograph of my child or that of a minor under my charge on its website or in local publications. I acknowledge York Simcoe Baseball Association's right to crop or treat the photograph at its discretion.

I also acknowledge that YSBA may choose not to use the photo at this time, but may do so at its own discretion at a later date. I also understand that once the image is posted on the York Simcoe Baseball Association's website, the image can be downloaded by any computer user. Therefore, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless from any claims the following:

The York Simcoe Baseball Association reserves the right to discontinue use of photos without notice.
