Due to Arm Care rules and the number of teams participating in Qualifiers, games may begin as early as Thursday evening and/or Friday morning.

KEY NOTES FOR 2024 YSBA QUALIFIERS:

  • Please note that YSBA Qualifier dates can change depending on local association hosts and diamond availability. Teams should be prepared to play their Qualifiers a weekend before/after the dates listed above
  • All teams must be prepared to play at any time on Friday (as early as 9AM Friday morning)
  • Depending on the number of teams in a division, some Qualifiers may start as early as Thursday evening (after 6PM) depending on local host diamond availability
  • All YSBA Qualifier schedules must be approved by YSBA VP Rep or VP Select at least 7 days prior to the start of the tournament 
  • Host associations will make every attempt to distribute final schedules to teams no later than the Monday prior to the start of their respective Qualifier
  • All YSBA Qualifiers will be played with No New Inning (NNI) time limits:
    • 9U: 1 hour 45 minutes
    • 11U and 13U: 2 hours
    • 15U: 2 hours 30 minutes
